At The Bridges we understand the importance of an aftercare plan that is tailored to each individual. We have teamed up with a highly regarded therapist specializing in women's issues. We encourage our women and their families to participate in aftercare and will facilitate the appropriate option, whether it be group or individual sessions.

Nutritional Coaching
What Kind of an Alcoholic Are You?Recent studies have shown that there are different types of alcoholics/addicts depending on what sets off specific biochemical cravings and addictive behavior. Each of these types requires a different set of physical, nutritional and lifestyle changes to increase the chances for recovery.
Until the individual gets the biochemical part of the equation under control, it is very difficult to successfully deal with all the emotional components of it. What type of alcoholic you are can be determined by a simple personal profile self-test.
The Four Types
- Allergic / Addicted
- Omega 6 Deficiency
- Hypoglycemic
- Liver Enzyme Deficiency
Most people with addictions have a weak Adrenal system, which is the main support for your Female and Male Hormone balances, Weight metabolism, Insomnia, Attitude, Depression, Anxiety and your daily Energy. Simple non-invasive lab tests, done in your own home, will determine your stage of Adrenal Exhaustion and provide a very specific treatment program to begin restoration.
