At The Bridges we offer a safe sober living home for women early in recovery or transitioning from inpatient treatment for alcoholism and/or drug addiction. Our sober living home is an ideal solution for building a stable foundation in recovery and establishing a solid support network.

The Bridges home for women is situated just one block from beautiful Lake Murray with biking and walking trails for exercise and relaxation. This home is also minutes away from SDSU, Grossmont College, shopping, freeway access, job possibilities and numerous AA/NA meetings. This area is also home to Cowles Mountain, Mission Gorge Regional Park and Recreation Center with hiking, biking, golfing and boating - all within walking distance. Lake Murray is centrally located within San Diego County - 15 minutes from the beaches, downtown and North and South County. Trolley stations and bus stops are also nearby.

To assist you in your journey towards sober living, the Bridges home for women offers both Personal Development Coaching and Career Assessment Coaching to help you choose the right path to your sober life. Nutritional Coaching is also available. Ample parking and a stocked laundry facility is also included.
